Wyoming... Greys River... Tetons...

I've just returned from a long trip to Wyoming. Every year I spend a week up there camping on a river called Greys River. One of the most beautiful places on earth. A few miles up the road and you feel completely separated from the rest of the world, and the amount of stars in the sky is absolutely amazing. During the week my wife and I made a trip to Jackson hole and made a drive out to see the Tetons. That mountain range is easily one of the most amazing places. One of the photos below is of a three toed spotted wood pecker. We took a drive up Greys River road several miles and hiked into a lake called, Lake Barstow. The wood pecker was busy feeding young chicks in it's hole. If you look closely enough you can see worms and bugs in the peckers mouth. Enjoy!
